Greg remains closely connected to each project, helping guide decisions, coordinate communication, and maintain the standard of quality expected from the start. Our process is designed to support clarity throughout the project, including pre-construction planning, cost-plus transparency, regular updates, permitting support, and organized close-out documentation.
Community Impact
At Totten Construction, we believe the work we do should create a positive impact beyond every project. That’s why we’re proud to support EarthEnable, an organization improving access to healthy, affordable, and sustainable housing across East Africa through innovative, low-carbon building solutions.
To date, Totten Construction has donated 240 square feet of flooring through EarthEnable. Supporting healthier homes, stronger communities, and more sustainable construction is one small way we extend our commitment to quality craftsmanship, responsible building, and making a lasting difference.
